Escaped from self-defined ‘touch screen company’, we are rebuilding ourself as a total thin layer solution company and, to do this, flexible and creative thinking and activities are required in new product development and new market development.

Challenge
Touch screen market size got smaller by In Cell and On Cell technology introduction. In addition, business condition is getting tougher day by day caused by ITO Technology improvement which threatens Metal Mesh market, unclear new market, E&H’s equipment fixed process condition, chicken gales with competitors.
Under this circumstance, to be a Hidden Champion with world top class QCDDM competitiveness, we need to have will and power of execution to be the best in the entire business process including product planning, data collection and management, strategic planning, development skill, manufacturing recipe development, productivity, production flexibility, and quality.
